4. Professional mouthpiece supplied with every wind instrument (included in rent fee)

5. Each instrument is covered for damage and a fire and burglary waiver (No Deductible).

6. Name brand instruments - New and/or Like-new (with NEMC warranty).

7. Authenticity of new instruments guaranteed.

8. Service necessitated by normal use is covered under the rental plan.

9. Planned Educational and Motivational Mailings to parents in order to encourage and strengthen parental interest in your child's musical endeavor. No other company performs this needed and valuable service.

10. Where less than full size (4/4) stringed instruments are rented, we will at any time, during the rental only, allow one exchange to a different size of comparable make, quality and kind. When rental payments are completed, and instrument is owned, NEMC will allow 75% trade-in toward the purchase of a new instrument of the same kind (at current manufactuer's suggested list price) at any time in the future.

                 NOTE: Trade-in value is based on the instrument and case being free of damage and only having normal wear.
